How do i place an order?

How to order?

Step 1: Browse the products.
Step 2: Add to cart. 
Step 3: Select 'Delivery' or 'In-store Pickup' (Delivery fee will be calculated after you have entered the delivery details.)
Step 4: Complete the payment.
Step 5: You'll receive a confirmation once the order is successfully placed.
Step 6: On your chosen day:

  • Delivery: An email with the driver’s details will be sent to you when your order is sent out for delivery / before your chosen time slot.
  • Pickup: A ready-to-collect email notification will be sent.
can i change my address after making my purchase?

Address changes can be arranged as long as the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Once the order is within 24 hours of delivery, we’re unable to guarantee any changes as preparation and dispatch may already be in progress.

Can I walk in and purchase directly from your outlets?

Yes! We have physical outlets in Bangsar Shopping Centre, Lot 10 Hutong and our Central Kitchen in Sunway Mas. Do note that there may be a limited selection in our Central Kitchen outlet.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard), Debit Card and Online Banking/FPX including Maybank QR, and Grab Pay. 

are orders refundable?

All orders are non-refundable. However, in specific circumstances, refunds can be provided.

For refund purposes, please contact us via WhatsApp us at +6012 230 0822 immediately.

Where can I get an invoice for my order? 

Your invoice can be downloaded from the bottom of your order confirmation email.

I don't want a receipt sent to my billing address. Can I change the billing info?

We do not attach any receipts during the delivery/pickup.
However, once the payment has been processed, we cannot amend the billing information.

Do I need an e-Invoice for my purchase?

If you're purchasing on behalf of a registered business and need to submit to LHDN for tax reporting and claiming purposes., you may request an e-Invoice from us.

For personal purchases, you don’t need an e-Invoice, our standard receipt or invoice is sufficient.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within all states of West Malaysia. 

Will my order arrive on time?

We aim for timely deliveries, but traffic or other issues can cause delays. If timing is vital, please consider self-pickup.

Will I receive my cake in good condition?

We ensure safe delivery. If your cake is damaged upon receiving, contact us immediately.

SELF PICK-UP

What time can i pick up my order?

You may select your preferred self pick-up time slot when checking out your cart. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pick up.

Can I use a third-party delivery service for collection?

Absolutely. For cake orders, ensure the service uses a car, not a motorbike. Please provide the driver with your order number and name for a smooth pickup.

Are your products halal certified by JAKIM?

We are proudly halal certified by JAKIM, underscoring our commitment to quality and adherence to halal guidelines. We also practice and strictly follow halal procedures in our kitchen and outlets, ensuring our products meet the high standards expected by JAKIM and our customers. 

How should I store the cakes and for how long?

To ensure you can enjoy our cakes, refrigerate cakes for at least 30 minutes upon receiving your order. Our cakes can last for 14 days in refrigeration and 3 days in room temperature. 

For Honeycomb cakes, cakes can last for 2 days in room temperature and 1 week in refrigeration. 

Can I adjust the sweetness or customize my cake?

Our recipes are standardised, and we produce each product in batches. Therefore, changes to sweetness or customisations are not available.

Are your cakes suitable for specific diets or allergies?

All our products contain eggs, dairy, gluten, and sugar, making them unsuitable for diabetics, vegans, or those on a keto diet. We also handle nuts and gluten in our kitchen, which may pose a risk to individuals with allergies. 

Are the eggs in your products pasteurised?

Yes, all the eggs we use are washed and either cooked or pasteurised to ensure safety and quality.
